  • Called to say would be two hours late, but then showed by almost 5 hours late. In working with this sort of service before, others came with basic tools if needed. These did not. When moving these same items before, others have wrapped things in half the time these folks took. It took them 30 minutes to figure out that they should take drawers out of a heavy dresser before bringing it downstairs, and they seemed to struggle with figuring out the angles needed more than others who have helped with moves before. Then they told me that if I spoke with U-Haul and told them of the late arrival, Legacy would cover the cost of the truck. Turns out that was not true. I should never have given them the code provided until that was resolved. Overall a very stressful experience that I have not had before with other contractors. I do not recommend them.

Despite challenges, we proceeded with your acceptance. Your booking was for loading unloading, but wrapping was requested on arrival, extending the time. We accommodated this, knowing packing wasn't included. Our team worked continuously, adding wrapping without breaks. The customer's insistence on wrapping everything added time. Stairs were tight, and safety was prioritized. Gratitude would have been appreciated. Regarding the truck fee, I offered to cover it on her next visit. We never avoided paying her. The review claims we didn't keep our word, but we haven't been given the opportunity. We regret you discussed concerns with a third party and left a review prematurely. Open communication is key. We aim for customer satisfaction and value our reputation. I'm open to hearing further concerns
