Shirrelle helped me navigate the process of changing dates and locations when UHaul honestly fell short. She took her time, explained and followed up. Come move in day she and her muscle guy (whose name I have already forgotten) took great care of my belongings, and just did an overall excellent job. I would 100 per cent use them again.

My unit was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago, but they failed to do it then. After several attempts to call the number provided by uhaul.com for this service, they didn't answer. They also did not reach out to me to discuss times or provide delivery updates during this period.
