We contracted with Uhaul for load service. We paid for 2 movers to come to Dillon, MT from Butte, MT (50 miles) and work for 2 hours. It took them only 20 minutes to do the work - which is great. They charged us an additional $40 in cash on site for the (trip charge) for coming from Butte, MT to do the work. When we signed up for the service it was clear the work was in Dillon MT (50 miles away.) Overall I'm unhappy that I paid so much up front - and then was charged more on site - for this service. Especially considering I paid for 2 hours and they completed the work so quickly.
