• Had initially booked these movers for the morning of August 1. I received a phone call shortly after booking that they were unavailable that morning and they requested the evening of July 31. We had set the time 630-830pm on July 31 and agreed to meet at the storage facility. 630pm came and went with no communication. I tried calling and texting to make sure they were okay. My sister tried calling from her number which is one digit off from mine and they didn't answer her calls either. We finally called from my brother in law's phone, a totally different number, and they answered right away. They said they could not make it. I was 35 weeks pregnant at the time and was desperate for the moving help and begged them to hold up to our agreement. They showed up at 830pm and stayed for 1.5 hrs even though I had paid for 2 hours. It also seemed as though one of the movers was not of sound mind. I asked the company to consider a refund and received no response.

• These guys really live up to their name! They were super fast and never mishandled any of our things! They made everything look so easy. 10 out of 10 would recommend them to anyone needing some extra hands!!
