  • They couldn't get a box spring down the stairs. It got up the stairs just fine. Ended up damaging the paint trying to get it down. Now I have to call someone else to move it and to repair the wall

    Hi Ron, we are sorry the box spring could not be brought down and that the attempt caused frustration. Before trying, we advised that the dimensions were larger than the stairway and that it likely would not fit without removing the stair railing. At your request, we tried different angles and ways to get it down, and you were also there trying with us. We truly did our best to help and find a solution. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry the move did not go as smoothly as expected.
