  • Never ever trust to this moving company. I have planned to move from Ottawa to a condo in Toronto. So, I booked 3 helpers and called this moving company one day beforehand to emphasize that I have booked the elevator for two hours and they should be available at the time slot. They confirmed the booking; however, nobody showed up. After two hours calling to the company and complaining, they sent one helper with 2 hours delay. I had reserved 3 helpers because I had heavy sofa, buffets and etc and I was so exhausted after 5 hours road trip. But I had to move one fourth of the truck alone and help the labour to move the remaining. That was an awful experience. At the end they charged me for three labours!

    When did this happen and why would you try to spread rumours on the company like really how is it that everyone else had good experience and if the company send one mover why would you pay for 3 but anyway thank for your review and many blessings and hope you enjoy your new home
