• From the very beginning, they charged me extra in cash for a list of items that were never mentioned on the U-Haul website. On moving day, they messaged me early in the morning saying they had made a mistake and didn’t have anyone available for my move because they were already booked. It took several phone calls, to finally get them to show up. In the end, I still had to pay out of pocket in cash for items that should have been included, according to U-Haul’s website. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and unexpected charges. You’ll thank yourself for choosing someone else.

• There guys did amazing job. I hired them for 5 hours to offload 40 ft shipping container of wood furniture. They finished on time and carefully taken care of my merchandise

• I had booked enough time to make sure we didn't run out of time. The crew arrived 15 minutes early (well appreciated) and communicated beforehand to make sure we weren't surprised by their arrival. They helped with a few related tasks. They were finished an hour early; unfortunately that hour wasn't refundable. This is understandable, because they couldn't book for someone else during that time. However, it would have been helpful to know what else they may have been open to doing before they left.
