What really stood out to me was that Paul went above and beyond by arranging my delivery on his day off. That level of customer service and commitment is rare, and I truly appreciated him going out of his way to make sure everything worked with my schedule. Everything was handled professionally, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process.   • Through U-Haul and affiliated with our U-Box order, I purchased 2 movers for 3 hours each at a set price. While the actual movers did not say anything, I received a call from the office or supervisor that gave me conflicting information, stating that since we had U-Boxers, they were going to charge per U-Box. That was not what I had agreed to or desired. In the end, the movers did exactly what I intended and that was work for 3 hours each. They were excellent and when the 3 hour period was completed, I gave them their payment code and I tipped both movers (cash).
