  • Never finished the job. I paid for 5 hrs of help loading and unloading. They arrived at the storage unit at 1215 and left at 239. They short man sent himself the payment code from MY phone, and never went to the unloading location. My stiff was just tossed in the moving van with no caution. I kept asking them to use the mats and the taller young man finally minimally obliged. I called the contact person given by uhaul and asked them to send someone to finish the job, or reimburse me and he just apologized, said this person was his brother, then said they were unable to get a hold of them. It was a complete disaster, with damaged furniture and a loaded truck that they were supposed to unload. This company is an absolute scam.

  • The guys did both my loading and unloading. Mike texted and called me to give me updates for their arrival. They were very quick in loading and unloading and were very respectful. I had no issues and would definitely recommend them for your moving services.
