  Very rude and unprofessional. I usually dont leave bad reviews but everyone there who dealt with the movers encouraged me to due to how poor of an experience it was. Moving is already stressful and they made it much more stressful. We had a 3 hour drive to our new house and the truck got stuck in Milwaukee in stand still traffic. I let them know 2 hours in advance that we may be running a little late and he said it didnt matter and that he would be there at 4 either way. Since it was clear we were on a very strict clock, my dad asked them to haul some appliances upstairs before the truck got there and he told them they were only paid to unload the truck - clearly youre paid hourly as you made us well aware of that. Im running out of room but many rude comments were made and they scratched the downstairs floors moving the appliances. Apparently one guy was frustrated that we didnt have water for them as well. Definitely would not recommend.

  Absolutely fantastic from first contact to final close. We needed to make changes to our reservation and customer service was patient, helpful and kind throughout the process. We then had bumps with U-Haul on delivery day and customer service stayed flexible and ready to help us in a moments notice. Then when Tim the mover came to help with the unload he was fast, efficient and capable! We can’t say enough good things honestly! Just the best experience during a stressful process! Thank you! We will definitely use your services again if needed!
