Adam and Mark(?) were amazing! Adam's communication was prompt and professional. He and Mark were prompt, careful, efficient, thoughtful. They even wrapped and covered additional pieces that I didn't think would fit in the van. They kept asking if there were additional things they could do or if there were more things they could move. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
Very rude woman on the phone. The recommendation on the website was to hire 2 people for 2 hours for a 2-bedroom apartment. I hired 3 people for 3 hours to ensure work is completed with no issues. The distance was about 10-15 minutes. At around the end of the 3rd hour, she called. I complained to her about the slow walking of the movers. She tried aggressively to convince me I was wrong. I told her I would leave a review. She responded that one negative review wouldn't matter, and said that she would tell movers to stop unloading and leave, and hung up the phone. The lead mover received a call from her but they didn't stop the work. Due to being behind schedule and her threat to have movers stop work, I, a senior citizen, was forced to participate in the move and hurt my back, which still hurts.
