• I would have rated them a 0 but you can’t and they did come out same day, last minute. But, these were the worst movers I ever had. I’ve moved a lot, and it never takes more than 2.5 hours to load and 1 to unload. It took 4.5 hours. I put blankets on everything I wanted wrapped and they kept trying to load stuff without wrapping them. My mom saw one of them carrying an empty Walmart box to load. They asked us if the closet shelves went (they were built in and permanent) and the curtains, which were clearly custom for the house. We had to keep reminding them of big items that were right in front of them to which they replied they didn’t see them. This was in addition to a lot of breaks and a lot of standing around. Then because they took so long, their boss insisted on the payment code even though they only loaded, not loaded and unloaded as I paid for. Then this shady dude wanted me to pay $200 for them to unload. Because they took so long I had to rent the truck for another day.

• Ralph and his coworker (forgot name, sorry) did the bulk of the heavy lifting and loading. I neglected to order straps, but they loaded the truck front to back. Many thanks!
