Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The guys worked hard in the heat and got the job done. I wish the communication was a bit better but they were nice. They did drop one of my items and could have been more careful instead of stacking things too high. We appreciated them bringing their own dolly’s and some wrapping materials. I wish they were a bit more cautious to not damage any items or walls though.
BEWARE! The folks that packed my truck destroyed two televisions and many more of our personal items due to poor packing strategy. They stacked heavy items on top of the U-Haul TV boxes (I paid 40 bucks for), and also did the same on items on the side of the televisions. There were also many other packing errors where heavy items were just stacked on top of fragile items. Also, rented 36 furniture blankets to project my belongs, they only used 6! Empty promises by communicating with them post move with no resolution. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Fabulous! Mo sent me a text immediately confirming our move. I had to make a change to the time and he responded immediately and it was a non-issue. They arrived with dolly’s in hand ready to GO! They were friendly, organized and very efficient! It was a GREAT experience! I highly recommend them! I promise, you won’t regret it!
