The two guys who showed up were nice but they did not know what they were doing. My $4000 dream box was broken during the move. I had plastic wrap for them to secure the box. They said they didn't need it. They drop two parts of it. Once when loading and once when unloading because it kept opening as they were lifting it. One of the workers drop it on his hand. He smashed his hand and bled everywhere. My husband who just had two shoulder surgeries had to finish the move. And we just cut it short. I am really upset about my crafting Dream Box which was why we hired help.
