The 2 movers that came was so polite, professional, and hardworking. We are very happy with their work.

I paid for a full move, but I did not receive full moving services. The movers did not take my boxes and other items upstairs at the new place, which meant I had to carry everything upstairs myself despite having a bad back. In addition, the movers did not fully put my daughter’s bed back together. The mover stated he did not know how to reattach the headboard, even though they removed the headboard at the previous location. They also caused damage by putting a hole in my wall. I reached out to Sandra regarding these issues, and she told me she would call me back so we could rectify the situation. However, I have yet to receive an email, text message, or phone call in response.
