Damage to the car. Improperly packed truck. Refused to use tv boxes. Tied straps to my tie rod of my tire and didn’t use the ratchets the correct way so my tie rod may be ruined, stacked work out equipment (treadmill) on top of delicate furniture. Do not use they are garbage

We sincerely apologize about your experience. Although the truck was packed properly due to the fact nothing was damaged in the truck. As for the televisions, we did use the boxes but the 100 inch tv didn't have a box but we wrapped and protected it properly. And not one of those televisions were damaged in the trip. We only assisted loading your vehicle on the trailer because you ask for our help. We explained that this wasn't our specialty but you insisted. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we help to make the situation better.
