The helpers were friendly. However, they did not bring any tools or personal protective equipment (PPE), which slowed down the job. They also did not handle our furniture with the level of care we expected, often sliding pieces into the truck rather than properly lifting and securing them. Unfortunately, we discovered that some of our furniture was damaged as a result. Next time I would be willing to pay more for a company that provides better equipment, takes greater care with belongings, and delivers a higher level of service.
