  • The movers were told I had set hours from noon to 3pm for moving due to my apartment building rules. The movers were 2 hours late but still expected payment for the 3 hours booked. One of the movers spent the first 20 minutes after arrival arguing on the phone with someone over the details of their last job. I found the whole experience disappointing.

    Sorry we got there late because we had to take the ferri from Bainbridge Island to Seattle and the one we was supped to take was full and we had to wait for the next one. We stayed in contact with you the whole time. You had this big granet top item that needed 6 guys, you had a crew there and we had to get the other 4 men. You were so happy with the service thanked the crew. Then a whole month later you leave us this review out of no where. God bless you tho for choosing our service.
