    I booked Matthew's service on a Friday evening for a 2hr 2 person Sunday morning preferred move time for a 1 bedroom apartment and on Saturday morning was confirmed for a 11am Sunday start. On a day of the move, he arrived over 2 hours after agreed upon time without providing an advance notice or updates. But once they started loading, they were very professional and packed the 15' truck efficiently with my prepackaged boxes, 2 bookshelves, queen bed and frame, dresser, two large couches, and some tables and chairs. Matthew was kind enough to carry a couch that wouldn't fit in the back of his pickup truck. They were careful with the loading and unloading and did not damage anything going up and down one flight of stairs each way. During unloading, Matthew asked specifically where I wanted every item to be placed which was very nice. Overall they spent 3 hours loading and 1 hour unloading so I agreed to pay for additional 2 hours.
