• Both men were very kind and accommodating. They finished the job in one hour even in the hot heat and were a pleasure to work with

• The guys that were sent worked hard, but were clearly untrained and did not understand english. Unloaded boxes were in wrong locations despite clear labels, attempts to translate into Spanish for them, and were haphazardly stacked with no attempt to push towards walls. Will have lots of extra work to find and unload items. Arrived late with no hand trucks or dolly to unload 26 ft truck. Damaged items that were heavy due to inability to carry them. What should have been 2 people to help direct to proper locations became one person having to do heavy lifting to get items to edge of truck to get unloaded in appropriate amount of time and one trying to make sure key items got to proper locations. Fragile items were not handled with care. Management was contacted early to communicate issues, did not take action until asking how they did after. Again nothing against workers, but would not waste my money with this company. Over priced and totally under delivered.

• Movers were not able to pick up items very well. They were not careful when moving items into our home and would run into the sides of the walls. They also caused damages to our floor by sliding a dresser on the floor.
