  • Moving help came and initially seemed efficient, but slowed down incredibly and only completed half the loading job in the 2 hour timeframe (for reference, the subsequent unloading job for my full U-haul took a little over 1 hour by a different moving company). They kept saying they did not think my things would fit into the U-haul. After working slowly for 2 hours, they asked me to pay for another hour if I wanted and that they would only accept $90 via Venmo or Zelle for an extra hour. I declined and finished the loading job myself. I fit everything into the U-haul myself after rearranging much of what they had done when they were there. Overall the experience was terrible, and honestly unprofessional.
