Krystle -Monster Mover's dispatcher-coordinator- reached out right away after I placed my reservation. I explained that I wouldn't need their service until the following day after my UBox is delivered. She was very accommodating and set up our appointment. Given the unpredictable New Haven weather, I called her to ask if we can modify the moving plan to avoid possible downpour. She was able to check with her movers and get back to me right away. They were there on time (a few minutes before our set time), were very open to my semi-micromanaging packing plan, and did the job fast! They were also mindful to make sure my senior cat, Mr. Pickles, was out of their way. I am happy to support an awesome local family business- book Monster Movers for your next haul!
