  • The communication to set-up our move was excellent; however, they texted the morning of that they would be 30 minutes late and they did not keep us informed on how they were loading the truck.The movers arrived smelling of cigarettes and weed. Their manager was constantly on the phone, not supervising the movers. Almost all of our furniture was badly scratched, dented, ripped, stained from shoe prints, or otherwise damaged due to poor loading (even though we provided moving blankets and ratchet straps, only one was used on the back of a keyboard. (e.g. they did not protect an antique mirror with any blankets)), they did not fit all of our furniture (which could have fit with more efficient loading) so we had to take more trips than expected.
