Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Terrible experience. The movers did not speak English, and did not move the heavy items. We hired moving help to move furniture. The 1 man did assist in moving the furniture, however, the female who was hired at the same time, did not. She moved only boxes and my family did the heavy lifting. I will be filing a complaint as well as this review.
Mover were fast and efficient. Loved how professional their services were. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!
My move overall could have better. I booked two movers and the lady(I forgot her name) was great. The man(Keith) his professionalism could have been better. He started out good in the beginning and then I noticed his energy was off towards the end. Granted unfortunately our move went over the two hour mark and it became three hours. He made a couple slick comments towards the end that I did not like. I kept it professional but moving forward I will book with another moving company not because of the lady, but because of Keith.
