Everything was going great until I needed a pair of pliers so I left and ran to the store, when I returned they barely moved anything the time I was gone. I mean moved couch cushions and pillows, 5 dresser drawers and a love seat the whole time whenever they packed the whole truck in almost an hour. When I pulled up to the house, the one guy was standing in the U-Haul not doing anything and the second guy was sitting on the back porch. Normally I wouldn’t complain but they literally already had a break and sat down for 15+ minutes plus while being paid and all of the heavy stuff was still on the U-Haul.
