    The service was scheduled for afternoon July 31,after the two phone calls indicating they are on their way, finally I call to check on the status, which was now 45 minutes, finally late in the evening two helpers showed up without any moving equipment for heavy pieces. Soon it was dark and I was way too tired since I moved most myself. The men seems tired also moving others. They checked with their boss whose name could be Dave (?), and he requested a payment code even though the job was incomplete definitely not to my satisfaction. Whether they will return to complete the move is to be seen. The two men that showed up were polite eager to help,the fact is it was a disaster.
