• The movers themselves are great but the service leaves a bit to be desired. I'm not sure if the company is based in Tulsa because they told me it would take an hour to 90 minutes to get to my location. I paid for two movers but only one person showed up during my move and they told me it was because the other person had car trouble. The one person did his best and managed to unload everything in about an hour, but I honestly kind of wish he had taken his time, because the wrap on a lot of our big furniture pieces was torn on the way in, definitely dragged on the ground or caught on something. I usually tip but I've effectively paid 120$ for about an hour of work from 1 mover. U-haul told me to contact the company, and the company told me I was making things hard for them and it was out of their hands since they're a 3rd party. Also the company called me and asked to talk to the guy through my phone instead of calling him directly, kinda unprofessional.

• These Darius and Ricky were awesome! Showed up on time, worked quickly, careful, and maximize the amount of things they could handle and bring up! Finished an hour early of expected time!!
