  • I decided to go with the cheapest help but still had good reviews. Big mistake. The U-Haul packing done was completely unorganized. Nothing was filled to top and nothing made sense. By the time I had a second to go look at the loading job it was too late to even take it all out to redo. They left the job early, said that’s all they could help with. Forgot a bed and frame on one room and also forgot to load the dryer. It was completely pointless to have hired them. Big regret using this company and going to cheaper route.

    We never got to meet Ms. smith. She had her mother lead us, and they didnt have anything packed, and her mother didnt even know what was all going on the truck. I have pictures from the move. I think they expected slaves or something. This was the worst move we ever had. Very unprofessional.
