Both movers were super helpful and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I was intimidated to move up to New York from a smaller city, but having the movers there was super helpful. We had a bit of a hiccup initially when the first team got held up, but Lux Moving Company handled it really well by arranging an alternate crew within an hour. The replacement team arrived promptly, and I was impressed by how quickly they unloaded everything while still being very careful with our belongings and the property. Things could have gone sideways, but they managed the situation smoothly and professionally. Would definitely recommend!
