• I was really grateful for the help and Movin Bro's did help us to get our trailer unloaded quickly within the short timeframe we had. They were also willing to wait while our trailer arrived (an hour and a half late) which was super cool of them. The main reason for the low review is that the younger of the two movers at one point stopped working to chat with two women on the street for about 20 minutes, and apparently even allowed them to take the lightbulbs from one of our lamps, before we realized what was happening and took our bulbs back.

  We apologize for the misunderstanding. The two women did not speak English and initially believed the items we were unloading onto the sidewalk were free. Despite repeated attempts by my partner to explain that we were conducting a moving job and that the items were not free, the women continued to insist otherwise. To resolve the situation, my partner used Google Translate to clearly communicate that the items were not available for free and to request that they leave us alone..
