We are one of the top Moving helper companies on the platform. We do not provide Trucks, Vans or Moving Appliances, we are moving helpers only. For customers who live on the 4th 5th or 6th floor of a walk up with no elevator. You will need to book a 3 Men or 4th Men crew. Our hours of operations are from 10am-6pm.

This is an absolute lie. I never once spoke to this customer about a tip at all. Never even spoke to her on the phone. In fact she was not even at the job location. I never talk about tips to customers at all. This customer is an unprofessional pathological liar.
