Some things got broken and a bag of change was stolen out of my tool box

We take honesty and professionalism very seriously so we are surprised to see this review. At no point did our crew take any items from your toolbox or damage your pooper scooper as you stated in a private message. Our team placed every item where you wanted them. Damages during transportation by the customer are out of our control. We loaded every item with caution and exactly where you asked like stated before and are very sorry to hear this considering you gave them a tip and were very pleased with their work.
