  • I was confused about how payment worked. The movers accepted full payment in cash and also collected the payment code, and made fun of me in Spanish as they drove away, which is when I realized it. I was stupid, but they were cruel and stole $180 from me (payment and tip). To be fair they performed the labor just fine prior to scamming me out of money and humiliating me.
