Tayshawn's communication was great. He confirmed service details and arrival time ahead of time. They arrived 10 minutes late but not a big deal. The service was professional. They took good care of my items and finished moving stuffs in just over half hour - I only had a half full ReloCube so I knew it would be quick, but not that quick. However, I requested furniture assembly, which was a service they listed could provide, but they did not bring any tools. I needed to dig up my Allen key and they had to use a key to tighten some screws. They also did not have a lot experience assembling furniture. I had a rather unconventional bed frame, and they were not the ones who disassembled it, so I won't blame them for not knowing how to assemble at the first look. However I would still expect some expertise here to figure it out quickly, but I had to work with them to figure out and it took an hour.
