    True Team

    The communication prior to the move was very prompt after booking. However, from there, everything went downhill. The movers showed up 45 minutes late, had difficulty moving most of our furniture, broke a wall sconce when moving a piece of furniture, and then did not pack the truck well so a mirror and another piece of glass broke during the move when a large piece of furniture fell over on top of them. This was not an ideal experience and very disappointing as the items that were broken were antique pieces and will be challenging to repair. I would not recommend this company for future moves.
