  • Daniel excelled at handling communication via text and phone calls. Unfortunately my move happened much more slowly than it needed to. My crew was 2 very young men who, while sweet and hardworking, were clearly very inexperienced. Professional movers are supposed to take the burden off of you on a move day -- instead, the young men needed a LOT of direction and I found myself worrying more about them than I should've. They did their best, but I will not use this service again.

    Hi Emily, this is unfortunate . We were worked hard to accommodate this customer on a very busy day. Her landlord demanding keys at a certain time placed a time constraint prevented our regular guys being able to service this job. We always strive to provide 5 star service. This does not reflect our regular service, please note our almost all 5 star reviews. Book with us you will be very happy that I can tell you. Thank you

  • The 3 man team was fantastic. They arrived on time, and completed job to my satisfaction without and serious damage to my belongings. My only complaint is that I was charged an extra hour of labor when they 100 percent finished the job only 30min longer than my 2hr reservation

    Hi Grant, thank you. On here unfortunately we can only go by the hour , or hour intervals. They do not let us charge in fifteen minute or half hour intervals. Hopefully it will change one day. Regardless take care of yourself in St Louis.

  • Daniel himself was professional and efficient while moving. Unfortunately his partner arrived smelling like marijuana and admitted he had gotten little to no sleep the prior night. While there were some built in delays to our move, we felt this delayed our move even further as Daniel was doing most of the work. Multiple times his partner needed prompting and would simply wait for instruction.
