• Absolutely terrible! In a building where there are 2 large elevators and I had a lightweight dining table and lightweight desk to load onto the truck these guys broke my dining table! Now I have no dining table. It literally looked like someone kicked a giant hole in the base of the table with their foot. One of them then had the audacity to say to my husband are you sure that wasn't already like that?!! Are you fucking dumb?? And my desk I didn't see the damage until we unloaded the truck ourselves. The entire corner of the desk is cracked like they let it fall and it hit the ground. If I lean on that corner of the desk it will break off. Like who the hell does shit like this and doesn't even take responsibility for it?!!! They loaded the desk onto the truck without mentioning the damage to the 2nd item damaged. Will was one of their names I forgot the other. I'm furious I gave them the code to get paid. Should've never given it to them. They had no regard for my belongings! Terrible!

  Sorry about your experience. We will work to compensate you for any damages that we may be responsible for. Im not sure that my team ever saw your desk damaged, because they did take pictures and tell you about the table.
