• They were great with communication, reached out to confirm, managed to fit everything into my uhaul which was a feat- but they didn’t jenga it with everything tight together and facing correctly or tie it down with bungee cords so some boxes fell over and slid and were sideways after my roadtrip with the trailer. Luckily nothing broke and for the price, I was happy with it! They were very nice and professional while loading my truck, but the owner did hit on me via text after the job was done lol. Overall though it was a good experience for what I paid and they fit it all which was my top priority. I would hire them again since I didn’t have many breakable things and they did their absolute best and got my stuff to fit in that trailer regardless. They showed up on time and were flexible, actually came early because I had gotten the truck early and asked if they could which was super awesome. They worked hard in that heat too.
