This was a morning U-Box delivery and unload for my studio apartment. As a woman moving alone, I was initially hesitant because the company had only a few reviews, but I’m very glad I chose them. Norman called shortly after booking to confirm the plan, which was reassuring. On moving day, he arrived with two workers and handled everything professionally. He even helped cut open a heavy-duty padlock on my U-Box using a powered tool when a regular bolt cutter didn’t work. They moved all my furniture and appliances safely up a narrow second-floor staircase without any damage and didn’t let me lift a thing. The team was friendly, efficient, and reliable. Moving is stressful, but they made the process smooth and worry-free. I would definitely hire them again.
