• 1. The service provider advertises that they contact you to confirm service request within 48 hours. None of that happened. I reached out to schedule the move appointment. Seemed very laid back about service. 2. On the move day, the movers didn't show up at scheduled time. On calling the service provider he assured they are on their way and will contact directly. I received a call about 1hr after the scheduled appt that the movers will show up in another hour or so. They showed up 2 hours late. 3. I had scheduled the labor for 2 hours. The move load and unload was completed inside of 2 hours, 4.15 to 6.10pm. After I had paid a generous tip for the service to both the movers and gave a ride to nearest uhaul, which took about 20 minutes, the movers then decided to call the service office and informed the end time was 6.30. Which the service provider said he will round to 30 mins and asked me to pay the guys. This left a very poor taste, as I felt cheated. Cud hv been more professional.
