• Requested for morning, no communication received other than confirmation until 930 on moving day, didn't arrive until 1150am. Brought no lifting equipment, tools, pads or dollies, didn't wrap or secure furniture (drawers were sliding open during transit), items were not stacked efficiently, with space used poorly. Luckily we rented a larger truck than needed. Both movers were pleasant & took direction & got the job done. We were expecting professional movers & received the equivalent of two teenage boys, which was way overpriced for the level of services received. Nothing was broken, move was accomplished, but i expected a much more professional experience. If you are looking for muscle & not much more, they're adequate. And don't expect to receive the promised phone call a day prior to your move to finalize details, that won't happen. Writing this review as a condition of receiving my $6 service fee refunded.
