  We are EXTREMELY disappointed. Please reach out if you'd like to hear more. But, amoung other serious issues, the two men who showed up seemed to have literally no idea what they were doing. My husband and I spent 2 weeks making trips to our new home every evening after work to drop off boxes we'd packed so that the movers would only have 5 medium sized boxes, and the large things that wouldn't fit in our vehicle. We booked 2 men for a total of 4 hours - 2 hours to load, and 2 hours to unload. It was a 15ft uhaul. These mem took the entire 4 hours to load our truck. There were long breaks between them putting things in the truck, and constant side conversations in their native language. They didnt use the provided furniture pads, resulting in extensive damage to our belongings. They didn't even know how to lock the uhaul back sliding door, then were laughing about it, after taking 4 hours to load a 15ft truck. I'm absolutely furious. Please contact me.

  In twenty years of moving as a lifelong property rent tenant, I have never encountered a better team than Top Shelf Movers. They were given a kind of rough turnover job for a no-go on Uhaul's delivery list and made more than the most of itfor me. From being genuinely affable to the work ethic and accomodations, beginning to end they were amazing. I will be looking for them again the next time I need to get things done.
