We booked an appt for the same day and they were able to accommodate us. They responded to our request immediately and let us know they could help the same day at 4 pm. They were there a bit early so that was great. They were very nice and got everything done quickly. Only one issue was that they were trying to push several boxes stacked on a cart too fast and the whole stack of boxes fell over causing a couple of items to break, but other than that, they were great and helpful!
