• One of the guys showed up 30 minutes after the first guy and left after 2 hrs even though the job was for 3. They didn’t pack the truck right and just put the stuff anywhere. Have to now spend time fixing what they’ve done. Not helpful to the moving process at all. Would not recommend their service.

  Hi Heather, I am really sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. We truly strive to provide excellent service and complete customer satisfaction. That said, I do want to share that when our team arrived, much of the home including the entire garage was not fully packed, and there were many loose items. This made the job more time consuming and challenging for our movers, which affected the flow of the move. We always want to make things as smooth as possible, and it helps a great deal when everything is packed and ready to go. Still, I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you, and we appreciate your feedback it helps us continue to improve. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity.
