• I’ve used Dave and his team twice now in the last 3 years for two moves and I’d highly recommend them. This time was Dave and Jeff who looked like a current Mark Hamill. They are so helpful and kind. Dave also gave me 15 minutes over the original quote for free and helped me move a few more items than what I put in the original description of items. They also bring all needed gear and listen to any questions or wants that you have! Do yourself a favor and get them if you can!

• Dave and his team were fantastic!! He was very easy to reach throughout the process and arrived on time. We had a very complicated move that involved unloading around two thirds of our stuff to an apartment, and the rest to a storage unit. Everything went very smoothly, and Dave checked with us to make sure we were happy with where they put everything and how they were doing things throughout the move, and was very open to feedback to make sure they were doing the job to our standards. They managed to pull off a feat of impressive tetris by fitting a massive amount of stuff into a 10x10 storage unit neatly. They were also happy to accommodate us by extending the move time because we had such a complex move. We all even had fun doing it with their very upbeat and positive attitude!! I would highly recommend Dave and his team for any move, and I will certainly use them for my next move. I can't imagine a scenario in which Dave wouldn't do an amazing job.

• This was the worst move that I have ever experienced from start to finish.

  This customer is angry because she had to pay more, and she's taking it out on us with this ridiculous rating. We don't do hundreds of 5-star jobs, then just do a 1-star job out of the blue. She seriously underestimated her move. She had a 20' truck and expected it to be loaded in two hours. First, we told her she should go back and get a 26' truck, which she did. We filled that truck full. It was a long walk to the truck, we couldn't prop the doors open because the cats might escape, and she had quite a few delicate pieces she wanted specially wrapped. Also, she had two delivery sites, so she needed certain things in front, others in back. All legitimate moving challenges. Doable, but time consuming. We were there for many hours. I gave her a good discount, but she still felt the need to nail us with this completely inaccurate rating. In 13 years of reviews from over 900 customers, I found only 2 or 3 other times when this happened. The vast majority of our customers are awesome!
