• I initially tried contacting LaShaun twice before the actual date of the move and was unable to reach him. I finally reached him the night before the move to confirm some items for my move. I was contacted about 30.min before their scheduled time and they stated they were going to be late 30 min to an hour late. I ran errands and they reached our stating they were there at my home and waiting. I had to stop running errands to return to my home. After they started packing the truck LaShaun states to me everything might not fit on the truck. Needless to say I was amazed and shocked. Some of my things were left behind for me to figure out how to get them from one state to the other I'm currently in. Ugggg! Anyhow after all of that. LaShaun approaches me and states that they went over the 2 hours scheduled time so I owed them more money. That's not even the best part. LaShaun has a cleaning company in which he stated for 2 hours they would clean my place. It was cleaned for 2 hours.

• These guys showed up on time. They were very polite and calmly went about the job of packing our furniture and boxes into the U-Haul. They finished the job well within the time allowed.
