• This company tried to get me to cancel my uhual reservation and claim that if he build me individually with his company that I would save money, he talked us into letting him work for two hours and then he asked my husband for the code that U-Haul gives for four hours so basically the person talked me into two hours and I was supposed to only pay for two hours and I paid for four we could’ve used these workers for the whole four hours so I feel cheated.

  You initially booked 4 hours for your move. The day before, you notified us that fewer items required moving and it might take less time. We explained that hours cannot be reduced once booked, only added. You were advised to either cancel and rebook for the adjusted time or contact support for assistance, which you agreed to. Upon arrival, the hours had not been changed. Our movers asked your husband how to proceed, and he confirmed to continue with the original booking. The team completed all tasks as directed. Shortly after, you called expressing dissatisfaction, using inappropriate language, and threatening to involve the police. I explained that we are unable to issue refunds directly and recommended contacting support for a possible partial refund. Unfortunately, you ended the conversation before we could work toward a resolution.

• Movers were helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They took extra care to pack my delicate antiques for transport and storage. It was wonderful to see how mindful they were of weight, space efficiency and future access of my belongings. They were very organized and I highly recommend them!

• They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They even came early to help me, which really showed how dependable they are. They kept the energy light with jokes and laughs the whole time, making us feel completely comfortable while still staying focused on the job. I was so impressed with how fast they worked. They got all of my things loaded into the U-Haul in about ten to fifteen minutes, which is incredible considering it was everything I owned. Even when my apartment took forever to get me set up to move in, they stayed professional and moved quickly when it came time to unload. They were on a roll and never missed a beat. Their professionalism and efficiency stood out, and we are beyond grateful for their help. We will definitely be recommending them to others and using them again in the future.
