• I booked for unloading services only and will admit I was underprepared for the moving job (no blankets) but I do not think it would have made much a difference. I requested three men and only one guy showed up. His other guy had car problems and no mention of a third person. It was not a job meant for one and one piece in particular was damaged in the process. Once I realized that nobody else was going to come, I offered to pay for the services and be done but the person declined saying it would be the same with two or three people. The one guy did get all the pieces up there and they were heavy pieces. He was also very flexible on the timing for arrival as it had to be done after business hours which I appreciate. Unfortunately I would likely not schedule services again through this company though due to that.

• I’m very disappointed in quality and professionalism. I had a very positive experience with the company 3 years ago. These individuals were tired, their back hurt, one had an injured finger, no enthusiasm to get the job done, no basic tools, I paid to rent moving blankets and none were used. The bags were never opened. I have a broken piece from my lazy boy sofa. Have no idea what happened and I won’t until I get it moved to a permanent location in 90 days. I have the move on camera. The length of time the 2 movers spent sitting in or standing around was unacceptable. The 2 men were polite but this business is not for them. I will not trust UHaul Moving Help again.

• We are so grateful for the assistance moving. We were able to get squeezed in last minute and had everything moved on a timely manner!
