• The two movers themselves were polite but seemed underprepared. Showed up 20 minutes late, didn't have any straps for heavy items (like the moving belts or harnesses they wear to attach items to themselves). They only brought a small dolly. It took them almost 3 hours to empty our 900 sq ft upstairs with just bedroom furniture and a few items on a lower level. I was VERY clear about our master bed set being obscenely heavy and they really struggled with it. The owner on the phone was rude and short with me pretty much every time I spoke with her. Late night texts, arguing about not doing two trips (I offered to pay) and then telling me if they are done early they leave early...I paid for 5 hours and intended to use them, but in the time these guys loaded 1 26' truck my husband and I had loaded and unloaded our 15' trailer 3 times & our large SUV and pick up. We offered to pay for extra time, they left, and we ended up doing the rest. Wouldn't hire them again.

  When this job was originally booked, I recommended that the customer schedule additional time because they significantly underbooked. The move involved a very large home, 3 levels, 26ft uhaul, drive time between locations, and unloading at the destination. I suggested booking 6 hours to ensure we had adequate time to complete the move properly, especially since we schedule other jobs later in the day. Throughout the project, I communicated with the homeowner before, during, and after the move. Unfortunately, she was very rude and uncooperative. She also expected my crew to continue working beyond the time she had originally booked, despite being informed in advance that the move required more time and despite my team having another scheduled job afterward. We worked hard to provide professional service, but due to the customers behavior and unreasonable expectations,this was not a positive experience. I would give this customer 1 star and would not accept a job from her in the future.
