    Great communication and showed up on time. The team was flexible with moving details and worked very efficiently. It was a large move, a 2BR 2BA from a second story using stairs, with stops at two different units, and they handled a lot of work quickly. There was some minor damage noted, including a few small chips on dressers, a broken wheel on a dresser, and slight damage inside the unit, but some wear is understandable with a move of this size. They also helped stack and arrange the storage unit. Overall, I appreciate their help, flexibility, and hard work.
