  • Have not appreciated those 2 guys overall performance. If they were professional (and have skilled), they could have done better. First of all, the way they handle the bigger stuff like couch, desk table is really pathetic. They have no idea, how to handle those big stuff. They slammed the couch right in front of me. Not necessarily those are that big (like couch, desk table). When they carry my desk table, they carry it as upside down. I have never see anybody carry things like that. Because of that, items fall out of my desk table drawers (since it was upside down) and now I am missing a few items from my table drawers (a stapler). Although their behavior is good but I believe they need training (most certainly) for the bigger items at least. Plus now I did not even received the 'Refundable Handling Fee' which is $5.95 dollar, even though they are saying it is 'Refundable'. This is my first time, giving not so positive review. Before this, I always gave positive review.
